The logistics journey separates customer delivery, any laboratory return and final shipment. Final providers, prices and timings remain subject to approval.
Returning the master
When included, customers receive a separate return journey. The master uses an anonymous code and starts a chain of custody when received.
The workflow is not designed around shipping an unstable negative.
Problems and recapture
Lost parcels, missing masters, failed intake and replacement kits open a tracked support case. Fees, free replacements and limits must come from approved rules, not arbitrary UI decisions.
