FCV LAB is intended exclusively for adults. This confirmation is an age gate, not an identity check.
We use only what is needed to run the site. Analytics tracking remains off until you authorize it and never collects anatomical data, Capture files or payment information.
The service is operated by the FCV LAB project. For privacy requests use the Contact form and select Privacy, without entering anatomical data.
Before commercial launch, this page will be completed with the controller’s approved legal name, address and formal contact details.
Only after consent, we record pseudonymous first-party events: public page viewed, language and generic navigation or call-to-action interactions.
We also measure rounded, aggregated LCP, CLS, INP and TTFB values to improve speed and stability. We do not record viewed content or typed actions.
Analytics does not record application IP address, user agent, referrer, query string, name, email, account, geometry, dimensions, files, previews or Capture identifiers.
Events help us understand which content works and improve the journey. They are not used for advertising, data sales or automated decisions.
Analytics events are deleted after 90 days; technical choice receipts are kept up to 365 days to demonstrate and honor the preference.
Analytics is first-party and uses the application’s private database. It does not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or third-party advertising trackers.
Private Account and Capture areas are excluded from the allowlist of trackable pages.
When you select Notify me, we retain your email, product, language and market solely to send updates relevant to that offer. It is not an order, reservation or general marketing consent.
Registration is separate from analytics and remains valid until you withdraw through Contact or the service closes.
If you apply, we retain your email, optional name, availability and interest areas to assess and manage participation. We do not request photographs, measurements, anatomical or health data.
The application is not published, does not enable sales and is accessible only to authorised administrators. You can request deletion through Contact.
You can withdraw consent at any time in Cookie preferences. You may also request information, access, erasure, restriction or object through Contact.
Withdrawal does not affect processing performed before withdrawal, but prevents collection of new optional events.
