01What is FCV ONE?+
It is FCV LAB’s customisable product. In the 3D Lab, choose a base model and adjust form, dimensions, colour, texture and finish.
02Which model do I start with?+
Start with E23, E18, C16 or A20. Each model is only a starting point, and every change remains visible in the summary.
03What can I customise?+
Adjust proportions, curvature, texture, colour and finish. Standard and Vibration are selected in the same Lab panel.
04Do I need an account?+
Not to try the Lab. Sign in with Google only when you want to keep a design, create versions or track a future order.
05Can I purchase FCV ONE now?+
During pre-launch you can configure and save. No payment is taken until purchasing, the product and your market are enabled.
06How does the Vibration option work?+
Select it directly in the Lab, but it remains under validation. Ordering is blocked until compatibility, the module and market are approved.
07How is pricing calculated?+
The Lab shows an estimate linked to your configuration. Before any purchase, the total is recalculated and shown for confirmation.
08How do you protect my design, payment and delivery?+
Your design is private. When payments open, they use a secure external page; delivery uses discreet outer packaging.
